I've been making these protein pancakes in the mornings, using egg whites. I hate throwing away the egg yolks and have been trying to figure out what to do with them. I decided to just try making a quiche just with the yolks. It worked

Of course after seeing 'Julie & Julia' I've gained new respect for the high cholesterol foods which are the staple of French cuisine!
