Soy milk

Made another quiche, using the same recipe as the previous one, except instead of a cup of heavy whipping creme, I used a cup of soy milk. And it came out just as good. So I'm happy I was able to lower the caloric intake and use the soy milk.

oh wow, that is great...
you should save recipes for these low calorie lactose free adaptations you make: I think people would appreciate getting them....
I'm not sure where you would publish them, maybe through a soy milk producer? I wonder if they (like Pillsbury company does) has their own kitchen where they would give you credit for recipes?

Oh, that's a good idea. I mean, I can't get by the 12 egg yolks though. LOL. But what I figured was the highest in calorie was the cream, and I managed to find a substitute so, I'm happy about that.

oh yeah, people w/cholesterol problems wouldn't want those egg yolks... but eggs are not high in calories, and they are lactose free... so it still works as low calorie and for lactose intolerant people....
