So. The senate democrats have apparently come to an agreement on a health care bill. This latest version of the bill strips out the public option entirely. At this point it made no difference since the public option had been butchered so much that it would, at best, benefited dogs who are 7 human years of age, turtles, and men from Dakota named ( Read more... )

you know, if obama was using taxes from the major drug corps to fund this little crusade of thier's, things would be mighty differant. i bet you would even have republicans voting for it, as opposed to completely against it. whatever made them decide to fund this shit with medicare cuts is beyond me.

Which is ridiculous. How can you CUT medicare and then wish to fucking EXPAND IT?? Cuase thats replacement for the public option, an expansion on medicare to people who are 55 years of age now ( ... )
