So today was my first reception shift. It went well (Go to hell). Ok too much Rent soundtrack for Matt but moving on. Not too many hiccups, one client got angry at me because I wouldn't let them speak to the vet over the phone. It just isn't appropriate we'd have people trying to get free over the phone consults. It would be madness. Still it went
