Cute! I've always liked tri-levels.

Thank you! We were looking at older homes, preferably built before 1985, and a lot of them have floor plans that are kind of restrictive, and not as open as we would like. This one seems to flow together more, probably because you can see down into the family room on the lower level. I stole this picture from the realtor, but after we move I'll try to take pictures of the interior to post.
