one time, at like 2 in the morning i had 4 bowls of cinnamon life cereal. and developed what i call the cinnamon shakes. i felt so terrible, and all i felt was...cinnamon. i was taking plain peices of bread and trying to soak the taste of cinnamon off my mouth. i dont think i'v had them ever since
