I just ran over a white rabbit. I hit the brakes and swerved, but he or she froze right in the middle of the road. If it had kept on hopping I would've missed it. There was a thud/crunch that gave me goosebumps and now, that awful sound is repeating in my head. This isn't the first time I hit something, but I've never cared so much or felt so bad.
