If something in the deli aisle makes you cry
you know I’ll put my arm around you
and I’ll walk you outside,
through the sliding doors,
why would I mind?

so for those of you who know me you know that i am in dire need of a car. my parents have been looking around for one.

my moms friend is trying to get rid of her 93 bmw.

my boss' neighbor has a 90 imperial.

kelly blue book and the other car ads werent helping.

the other day my dad pickes me up from work and hes got a bunch of ads with him. he tells me that we are going to really start looking for a car.

then he asked my car pref.

i said "4 door auto. i dont care what kind. but if you cant find one, 2 door or stick would be fine.
"

i had stopped asking about the bmw because it seemed like a alost cause and told him about the imperial, even though i knew it would be a gas guzzler.

when we got home, he informed me that he and my mother were going out shopping to sears. i thought nothing of it because they always do things together[HELLO?? 28 years of marriage].

but they are gone for 3 hours. no one but no one shops at sears for 3 hours. i figure they went out to eat but i thought id call anyways.

my momsy told me that theyd be home soon.

when they arrive i asked what they had bought at sears [because i only saw a manilla envelope in my dads hands]

and he reaches into his pocket and throws me keys.

so thats my car. hes taking it for a week to fix it up.

my life is good.

ps i got an industrial, saw amyinkspot, got to wash my favorite dog, justus, going to see tegan and sara at street scene, and going to julian with angela.

YES.
