siren fest was very hot and dirty. chris & i got there just in time for hot hot heat and they were really fun. it would've been more fun if i wasn't forever far from the stage, but it's okay because i could hear it fine. after that we had time to kill before modest mouse -- we were tired. we sat. we walked onto the beach and that didn't last long because it was pretty nasty and over-crowded. i do want to go to the beach soon though, pt. pleasant ..definetly on a weekday though because any other time would be tons of madness and traffic. we found ethan,kait,chunwoo,renee,katie and attempted to get up close for modest mouse. it didn't exactly work out, everyone was crammed together. we stayed in the crowd for a few songs, then got out. i really enjoyed getting to see them. the songs i can remember that they played were third planet, cowboy dan, paper thin walls, wild pack of family dogs, & never ending math equation. we left after them and made the long venture on trains back home. i fell asleep on the last train and then driving like an hour after that was not fun at all. i was so tired. before we went to the festival chris & i walked around the village for a bit. he got his lip pierced, it's cool. while i'm in this mood to type i'll tell you what i got for my birthday. my parents got me a poloroid camera which i love. & some $$. my brother got me a cd. chris got me a sweater and a pin. julia got me a shirt and a brush. julia's mom got me a bag. woop. more than enough. once i find out the days i'm going to be working, which should be tomorrow.. i really want to pick a day for sixflags and the beach. after seeing the rides at coney island i'm so excited for itttt. i'm finished now.
