...so we're moving at the end of the month. two blocks up into a much nicer place with a stone foyer, fireplace in the living room, second bedroom (and bathroom), washer/dryer in unit with a cap on the water bill (look out fools, i'll be doing laundry from the grooming stalls 24/7) and private patio butted right up against a park for the doglets
