A couple of months for settlement, I forget the exact date, we get our copy of the initial papers tomorrow... with our signatures proving that we've agreed to stuff even though we can't remember it all now ;)

House is definitely the best I've seen advertised for months, but i'm sooo glad Jon is excited too... in fact I think he's more excited than I am now. He's been bouncing. literally. scary!!
