After 29 years of being the best of friends, it's time for my dearest nicotine and I to part company. I stopped smoking 14 days ago, and haven't ripped anybody's spine out through their navel yet... but I have had some wobbly moments. Now I just need help to get over the liquorice addiction which seems to have taken the place of smoking!
