Megamind
Megamind was one of the first people, if not the very first person, Rapunzel talked to in Stolen New York after being welcomed. Rapunzel is curious about his origins and his intelligence, and has already figured out he had a lonely past. She wants to help him and be his friend, but now that Megamind's realized he may be in New York longer than expected... Well, a friend may not be good for his image. One of Rapunzel's two housemates
Ren Miyaki
Ren is no more warm and welcoming than Megamind -- Well, okay, yeah, more than Megamind, but still no Pascal. Still, Rapunzel is quite fond of her. She's amusing and very clever. Rapunzel would certainly like to get to know her better, especially since she's vaguely Pascal-like in her sense of humor. The other housemate.
Magus
Not nice or friendly or in any way inviting, but Rapunzel was glad to find someone else in New York who knew of magic. She's trusted him with her secret, so she'll probably want to keep in touch.
Harry Potter
Rapunzel met Harry very briefly when he first arrived, very injured and generally a mess from battle. Her concern out-weighed her worry, and she urged him to seek help. If he wasn't able to, she would have been willing to heal him with her hair.
Jean Louis Duroc
Though Jean Louis has been kind to Rapunzel, she doesn't feel any warmth towards him. She doesn't dislike him, though. It's just that he feels a bit... Patronizing, at times.
Mireille Duroc
Rapunzel talked to Mireille but once, a strange introduction full of misunderstanding. Still, Rapunzel's worried about Mireille based on how oddly she acted during their first meeting.

"But I must explain to you how all this mistaken idea of denouncing pleasure and praising pain was born and I will give you a complete account of the system, and expound the actual teachings of the great explorer of the truth, the master-builder of human happiness. No one rejects, dislikes, or avoids pleasure itself, because it is pleasure, but because those who do not know how to pursue pleasure rationally encounter consequences that are extremely painful. Nor again is there anyone who loves or pursues or desires to obtain pain of itself, because it is pain, but because occasionally circumstances occur in which toil and pain can procure him some great pleasure.
