Hatter would hit Itachi mostly to mess with him, honestly. He's fairly pretty, but... he's actually not all that high on Hatter's list of people to sleep with. ...Though the fact that sleeping with Itachi would also be messing with Raph and Raikou is pretty fun.

Uriel is higher on the list, and there's more than one reason. First... well, it might cause and earthquake. Lulz. Also, he's pretty. Hatter saw him naked, even! So, you know, that's hot. And also, Hatter has a... we'll call it soft spot in hir heart for fucking angels. Particularly if they're virgins. It's just, you know, a thing.

Ash is probably your only character who wouldn't just be for the fun of it, I think. You have so many, it's hard to keep them straight. But Hatter finds Ash attractive, and the magic that made him is interesting which is, oddly enough, a turn on. Hatter relates to a lot of things in an at least vaguely sexual manner, so it spills over into a lot of other interests and stuff.

Also, Hatter is pretty sure it would be fun to top Ash and get him all flustered and out of control, because Hatter would very much be in control if that happened.

Lucifer is interesting, because he's not Hatter's Lucifer, but at the same time, he sometimes pings similarly. And having any Lucifer, just to have had him, makes it a very attractive prospect. Also, this Lucifer is fairly attractive and charming in his own right. And Hatter's interested in how they could make that work, anatomically. (Hatter has no doubt that there are ways. Many ways. So.)

And! Hatter needs to thread with Mukuro again. Xe always likes that. It gets hir all worked up in a good way. Which would be why Hatter would tap that. It would be an epic game. Also, something about Mukuro feels sort of... homey to Hatter. Which means he reminds hir of Hell. Yeah, idk, but it's true.

Both of them would be in Hatter's top ten people to break the rules with.

Oz is actually one of the characters who's human and not super young who Hatter doesn't have a lot of interest in. Don't get me wrong, Hatter would do it, but how he presents himself and his attitude strikes Hatter as childish and rather cute, and strangely enough, Hatter likes cute things. For that to happen, Hatter would have to be in the right mood (bad) and he'd have to ping hir a certain way. Like, if he started seeming self-righteous then, it would possibly lead to angry sex.

Dean, ON THE OTHER HAND, Hatter'd do in a heartbeat just for the fun of it. Seriously. He seems like he'd be fun in bed, he's attractive, and he's got this sort of angel bait thing going on. (Also, see my comment to Uriel about playing with God's toys.)
