last night i watched 25 mind-blowing escapes on the travel channel, and the commentators were these travel writers that were speaking with such excitement about all these locales, and it definitely made me want to share in that feeling.

the blue lagoon in iceland looks pretty great; it's this geothermal spa with a clay bottom that people take and rub on their skin. i've never even thought of going to iceland, but why not?

and don't be so hard on yourself. for a while there it seemed like you were working out a lot. besides, who gives a shit about regrets, just think of what you can do next...like you said, you will run again.

oy, anthony bourdain did that blue lagoon thing. he said it was an excellent method of curing a hangover. it looks amazing!

dude, I don't see how anyone could have a problem with bank of america, they are fucking wonderful. some douche got a hold of my account # and used an old check of mine to nab 80$. I was PISSED. so I called bank of america up with all my info, the shit was instantly credited back to my account in like two minutes. now I am happy. but they did suggest I change my account number which I'll do monday.
