Oh goodness, I really hope there's more to this, at least with these two. It's a very believable shift in the regular 'verse, and I'm actually glad to see it handled so neatly. It's romantic in its own way and I do rather love it.

Thank you so much. Hearing this means the world to me.

I have some more planned for the other characters in the series first, but I am definitely getting back to these two soon.

I'm so glad you enjoyed this and I really appreciate the compliment. ♥

More please!

I love the description of how eager Chekov is to take orders, and how he calls Sulu "sir" off-duty, omg. I am pretty much a dom and it's so rare to see fics describing things from the dom's perspective,y' know?

I want to see more of this verse. Also, Ben Kweller is win and Mountain Goats are depressing but still win.

Thank you so very much! And now that you say that, there really is a dearth of stories from that POV, but I hadn't made a conscious acknowledgment of that before.

My way of writing tends to be letting the character tell a story for me, and the doms in the series have been wanting their stories told. I'm just glad it's working for you.

(And <3 I love it when people know the Mountain Goats; I love that band.)

Thanks for the review!
