Attention To All Call Center Peoples

I would like to take this time to publicly apologize for anyone who has ever had to deal with my father if he's been on hold for longer than 30 seconds. x.o

My mom is just as bad. While I'm on the phone with a call center, she'd start making comments about their service, not yelling, but loud enough that they'll hear it. Now, I make sure to place call center phone calls in the my bedroom only with the door closed.
