I put myself out for family, friends, co-workers etc... all the time, I try to help other people out and be a good person but in the end they always let me down one way or another or pass it off as their idea/ work or just don't ever say thank you ( Read more... ) -

I had a nice weekend, Saturday morning I sat in the garden reading. but in the afternoon I had to pop in to town for some things. I had a really good day yesterday... I think that it has something to do with doing my first full on work out on Wednesday nite!
