I immideately thought of the octopus, and at the same time I was listening to the skygreen leopards a song called tents along the water (which i will make you listen to and you'll see the connection) and in the beginning was thinking of you in berkeley before it was berkeley but then later i imagined every part of california i had imagined from reading and seen in real life. I felt seperated while reading it, you know? I'll talk to you about it on saturday or whenver we have time.

This is now my second time reading it. I like it. I'm guessing this was based in some true moment you've had. One of those where everything clicks into place, and you think, "Damn, life can be poetic." And here, you've taken the poetry that's hovering in the air of that moment, and written it down. I'm consistently impressed by how well you can capture that
