The forest has changed overnight. The trees seem sad and desperate. I would advise those easily befallen by sorrow to remain away from the woods.

A strange sort of sickness, to have befallen the whole forest. I can feel the sadness.

The trees are as hollow as the concrete is devoid of life. It was bound to happen in this wretched place.

But there is hope yet that it will pass. The trees are resilient.

I don't feel the influence of another's power, though that may only mean the influence is subtle.

Several people I knew left the City. I'm happy for them, but...one was my closest friend, and the other was my girlfriend.

It's downright annoying, but getting mad at the City never seems to help.
