So for some reason I was thinking about work today, on my day off, while taking a shower, which is not the norm for me. When I got out I was so pissed. When I'm pissed, I clean. So I cleaned the kitchen, yelled a bit at everyone, cooked dinner then finally settled down. It really irritates me. I'm not getting paid what I should be and not full

Keep a list of all of the extra things you do that the other employees don't, and present it to your manager; if they wave it away, present it to your manager's manager. I'd also say try your darndest to not do any extra/out-of-your-way work until you get the raise, but saying "no" to extra shifts might be a grounds to fire you, as I don't know where exactly you work (some sort of pharmacy). Unfortunately, your boss is somewhat right; you are fortunate to have a job in this economy. It's too bad that means you're getting shafted currently :( I hope you can figure something out soon!

I said it once I'll say it a thousand times... You seriously need to quit that job. Surely you can find one better than that. I know the economy is suckish but are you seriously making enough that you're coming out on top after paying for gas and/or a babysitter? Why was Tim transferred to Greenville btw? Seriously, I can't believe working there is making enough to deal with what they put you through. And the nerve to tell you to reschedule a doctor's appointment. That to me is grounds for quitting period.
