Re some shit that happened last week (people being transphobic and homophobic because OMG MALE PERSON WEARING NAIL VARNISH (not me) and OMG MALE PERSON DOING PHONE CALL ROLE PLAY ABOUT WEARING A SKIRT) which I got a lecture about today
You DO NOT get to decide my gender
You DO NOT get to 'not agree with' my pronoun choice
You DO NOT get to decide a persons 'real' gender is their assigned gender until they have finished 'gender change'
You DO NOT get to fucking say that $carer shouldn't have put nail-varnish on $male_person_with_a_learning_disability because 'he doesn't know what that means'
You DO NOT get to decide that it means *anything*
You DO NOT get to tell me that I can't be upset or annoyed or frustrated at transphobic and homophobic remarks unless they're directly aimed at me
You DO NOT get to lay into me about being upset and my responses without ASKING MY SIDE OF THE STORY
You DO NOT get to keep saying this shit when I inform you of my side of the story
You DO NOT get to fucking ask if I'm easily frustrated because I am on hormones ie...
You DO NOT get to VICTIM BLAME when I'm the recipient of transphobia
You DO NOT get to ask if I'm receiving psych care because I'm trans under the assumption that I need it in order to transition or be on HRT
You DO NOT get to be the fucking tone police
You DO NOT get to imply that I'm only annoyed because I'm 'transgender' as if this stuff isn't just wrong anyway and it's only an issue because I'm one of those rarities that people don't expect to come across
