If the Jobcentre decide to put your claim on 'sensitive access' is there any way of forcing them to remove it? (Just asking hypothetically, they haven't done this to me... yet)

What is a "sensitive access"? Google isn't revealing anything obvious.

Basically your run of the mill govt employee cant access your details. Only specialist teams/advisors can. Normally politicians, govt employees in certain lines of work, or "at risk" people.

Basically what nat said, but in the case of the Jobcentre it can make sorting out issues with ones claim significantly more difficult and time consuming.

I believe some other government organisations make sure that people's enquiries and issues can still be dealt with efficiently if their details are 'sensitive access' but alas that seems to all too frequently not be the case with the Jobcentre.

Aha. I think I saw auntysarah talking about the same thing, but I didn't remember the name, and I think in her case it made the govt put you through to actually effective people.
