Well I have my ESA back at the assessment rate pending the appeal. Apparently the time between appealing and getting to the tribunal is about 4 months around here. Plenty of twiddling of thumbs ahead then. In other news I weighed 11 stone 2 when I last got weighed at the doctors a fortnight ago. Surprising how easily that happens when you have

I suspect I'll feel different if I get all this current stress sorted. I've dug myself out of these kinds of depressive episodes before, so logically (though it feels hard to imagine feeling otherwise at the moment) I should be capable of doing it again. I just need to not feel so overstressed in order to find any pleasure in anything.
