I bought 50 lbs of groceries today for $50, more than twice my usual weekly food budget, but I was getting pretty desperate. I'm extremely tired of never having food around here. I'd had cold elbows and tuna for breakfast and lunch today and four eggs and three Hershey kisses for dinner

I'm partial to cell phones, honestly. The free long distance means you could call your parents, or other friends outside the area. You don't HAVE to carry it with you when you don't want to. You could leave it at home, plugged in, as a home phone. There is no proof behind the brain tumor thing, but even if there was, it's said that using a handsfree set negates it completely. And calling the house doesn't mean much when no one is home, and two of us have cell phones anyway.

And something I offered to Merry when she was getting a phone was that with my plan, I can get an extra line for $10 a month. I was thinking of upping my plan a step anyway, which would mean more minutes. If you didn't want a to get your own plan, you could just hop onto mine.
