 Last year, the company I work for began a new annual event to raise money for Childrens Charities. They began a family 3K Walk/Run, plus 5K qualifier and a 10K jaunt in the park if you felt the need to run that far

Is this a running blog or something? I was looking it up one last time to see if you had put anything else on the page, if not then I would delete the bookmark forever to never return! But alas, it will still (for now) good timing! So glad to hear that G could make such a great distance. She can beat me anyday! When you can tear yourself away from work and the running track we should do coffee!

Hi Pam!

Live Journal is a venue to add life updates, which you can share with your friends and family. You can make friends, and join groups... It's sortof like a less sophistocated verson of FB. I don't update too often, but I do check in with my friends pages almost everyday to see what's going on. I joined a recipe exchange group which I love to look at, but have not yet posted any recipes for. It's neat, and you should join and add me as a friend!
