havent watched it yet, but i did hope for better...but minuteman...im not sure i can stare at riley for that long even for chris...does it makes me a bad kaneiac?:((((
I have to say I don´t like watching Riley either. BUT the few scenes with Chris are worth it...(you could watch on fast forward until he shows...) *blinks*
As someone who regularly works on DVD releases doing the Spanish subtitles, there are movies that split into these categories:
1. B-movie 2. Mortgage movie (=a movie you accept because you need to pay your mortgage) 3. Alimony movie 4. Child support movie (=these tend to be really, really bad and accepted out of sheer desperation)
My guess is Chris being Chris, he did a favor for some friends and it bit him in the butt.
If you want to see a really good movie with him on it, watch Secondhand Lions if you've not seen it.
About the reasons to do a movie: Pretty sad, that there is something "below" B and that people actually watch this. I did not know that... "C-role" was just made up to stress my annoyance.
"My guess is Chris being Chris, he did a favor for some friends and it bit him in the butt." *snickers* Thought the same...
I agree on SHL - really cool, though he wears a weird mustage... (I like how he and his "older" self move and talk the same...great acting from both.)
I forgot to add "movies made because Grandma gave them the money" and "SyFy Channel movies." I had to come up with a reason as to why that crap was made, let alone being released... (After 11 years working on this? Yeah. You get jaded.)
:D Honestly,I didn't think the movie was that bad after watching it.Yeah,C.Kane's role was pretty tiny considering the whole movie. On the other hand, thinking of Joe's another tv movie which was quite pinky, that one was good for me:)
I don't know.I guess it's either "like" or "hate" movie cause it's really slow-going story.I mean all happens in a few hours and the movie feels like SO=) I didn't have much expectation besides seeing Joe,though:D
Haven't seen either movie yet, because they haven't been released here, to my knowledge.
The "Good Day For It" one was filmed while he was on break from Leverage last year, I think. It probably was a decent script, because Kathy Bates was in it and she doesn't tend to do crap movies. But by the time it was edited and everything, it became a crap movie. *smh*
For Chris, I think it's a matter of funding what he really wants to do, which is music. I could be wrong, but that's what I'm thinking.
