That is good that you threw the rest out. I wish I could say that I don't like sweets...I love them. I gained 5 pounds if it makes you feel better. With my groin injury I haven't been able to exercise and I have been eating horrible in conjuntion to that. Plus my thyroid meds had to be adjusted so that never helps. Hang in there.
I know how hard it is not to just eat it all. The thing that has helped me is to have a TON of cheap gladware containers and ziplock bags that I will divy out 1 serving worth of food in--cookies, casserole, soup, whatever, I know that I am getting a set, premeasured amount so it is easier not to eat too much. Good job!
