I get a call from sister, saying she wants to talk about Thanksgiving. I've been sick as a dog all week, so I didn't remember talking with her. we're thinking about dropping the kids off with the in laws and going out for chinese. ;)

Seriously, though, she has dropped it all in your lap, so she's going to have to live with whatever you make. It's not like you are any sort of slouch in the kitchen, but I don't see why you have to entertain her every whim. Go for the honey traditional thanksgiving.

If you're worried about how she's going to react, send her the menu ahead of time so that she can make anything that she "needs" to have.

Oh, no, she wouldn't be making anything she needed to have, she would order it from some fancy bakery or Dean and Deluca. Yeah, I'm doing my thing. I just like to bitch about first.

It's been slow going. I was feeling better yesterday, as long as I stayed on the couch. If I got up at all, I'd get dizzy and lightheaded. I'm getting really restless. I hope today is better, but don't count on me tonight.
