me and holly roasted a chicken on sunday night.
we stuffed it with parsley, onions, and garlic. it was AMAZING. we also had roasted sweet potatoes, fresh corn, and green beans/salad. be jealous of our domestic skillz.
yesterday i made stock out of the bones and made chicken noodle soup!! yummmm
