This year, in Egypt, my Dad mailed me three CDs. One is by Natasha Atlas. It is Arabic and European-dance and it is awesome. Another was U2's October. I have barely listened to it but will when I have the right amount of attention to give to it. The third is The Arcade Fire's Funeral. The Arcade Fire is one of those bands I can appreciate but I haven't gotton very into either. I have the cd, I listen to it and like it, then forget about it until I happen to see the actual case and figure I should probably listen to it again since I paid for it.

I'm intrigued by the Egyptian dance pop. Plus, that picture of Nancy you posted is boring holes into my head, I think I HAVE to be intrigued!

Ach so! You need to update that, um, journal. I didn't read all of them, but what i read was great. Really good insights and thoughts. It is always excellent to see a thinking, conscious person.
