I was just now watching this small spider dangling from a single thread of webbing. He spun around wildly every time the wind from the passing door movement caught up to him. It seemed to me that a lot of people were walking in and out and I found the poor creature was continuously being distracted by this nuisance. People continued coming inside

I am having a splendid time. And we let the spider outside. He'll be fine. :)

Yes, you're right about summer "break" for us athletes. We have to work harder at this time than other times in the year. So much for the "break". Get some rest, Andreea, because you need it and deserve it.

Thank you much. I almost overslept today. Rest should not be much a problem. Oh but I am so much enjoying this "break" even if not completely a break. We go back to regular training soon so I am soaking in as much I can.
