I couldn't write yeaterday because when we use the internet here booking hostels and ferries takes forever. The internet here is so much more expensive than in Spain too. This is my 3nd day in Rome and so far it's OK. Bewley makes it so much cooler than it actually is. Rome is dirty and people are rude. At least the first day was horrible but its

Dear Andres,

I just came from the Gulf Coast museum of Art. You won an Award of Merit (you'll get a $25 check in the mail since you weren't there) for your "Mama" piece. I just an award of achievement, but no big. At least I was in the show. I'm glad that Mr. Bewely is making your time in Rome better. He is really a great teacher.
