I'm afraid I'm in the group of "I know no solicitors in Leeds", but in your situation I'd gather bank statements as evidence of the payments made and prepare to kick Boxclevers ass !

I only know the one we used for our house. He seemed competent, and the company eventually gave us back the £480 I thought they owed us but he swore they didn't....

Actually, that's not much of a recommendation.
