a quick list:0. someone stole my glasses. don't ask me how. but they stole them. now i am without glasses. i haven't been leaving the house, at all, because i tend to trip over curbs - i have no depth perception whatsoever without them, and i can't afford new ones. this is making me grouchy

Congrats on the sobriety. The side effects (namely the "being punched in the stomach feeling") IS from narcotic withdrawal. Did you do this cold turkey? Have you been watching your blood pressure (and heart rate).

my blood pressure's fine, i got it checked yesterday and it was 110/82. my pulse has been high, i think i need to drink more water.
