If you had roommates that didn't pay rent, what would you do?  Why don't people just pay their share of rent?  wtf??  too much to ask?  to pay rent and be quiet??  on a random wednesday night??  wtf.

I wish people would just grow up.  That's all.

small claims court, they would probably put a lien on the person's credit.

find someone who would pay and tell the other person to move out because you have a serious renter available a.s.a.p.

story of my fckn life dude. what's always worked for me is, in writing, you give them a date to pay it by, (make a copy and keep it of course) and when that day comes and goes, kick them out. its a great power trip, if you're into that sort of thing :/ but all joking aside....it really is. haha!
