All over and done with, now: WFI have been exposed as a handful of third-rate kooks; LJ/6A CEO has apologized for flying off the handle; and most of the suspended accounts are being reinstated.

i've exhausted myself in the past over actual pro-rape, racist, anti-woman, etc type communities and journals (as opposed to, say, pro-survivor, fan fic, random, etc) and my response was blah blah blah free speech blah blah blah.

Yeah, old news started on Tuesday. A self-rightous groups gets LJ/ Six Apart hot under the collar so they get susspend happy, members are upset form revolts, LJ goes back to review & restore.
