It's 1 a.m., or sometime near that. I've lost the conception of time. I can't seem to sleep, which is bad news since I'm up in six hours to ride, this time it's 25-miles. It's dark in here, as I've only lit a few candles. I am trying to relax to the smooth grooves of some out-of-space, electro-dub sounds. It is giving me food for thought to create
