It's been an anxious few days, but that's external phenomena, not this. No real physical training on saturday. Sunday was some power yoga and core work. Still seeing some slight improvements in muscle tone, some increase in acne, very little else. i'm trying not to put too many details of the program on blast, because it's not my design or anything, and they sell the book and e-book to benefit their trans networking site and stuff. But basically, there's a bunch of pretty typical bodybuilding advice (high protien, lower carbs, particularly simple carbs, avoid sodium and processed food, all that common sense stuff.) Then there's this additional level of there being some foods that encourage estrogen production and others that encourage t production. The list seems very random and mysterious. Pomegranate and eggplant and fennel are bad. Mushrooms and broccoli and leafy greens are good. It's very random.

Curious. I just received the calendar of October programs from our feminist/indie bkstore & the authors of the book are coming to discuss/promote/sign.YAY! Many in our community can't afford the med aspects. I look forward to learning & reading more.
