Edale. Rambler House Hotel.
Great food, very comfy beds, beautiful scenery. Under £80 per night, by quite a long way if I remember correctly. But don't know how long it would take you to get there from Luton.

Too far for us at the mometn but we should all go up together one week next year.. actually I found some brilliantplaces which would be fairly reasonable if 4 of us were going.. we should plan that holiday! x
