Last night Elizabeth and I went to Roy Thompson Hall to see Julia Murney and Jennifer Laura Thompson singing with the symphony. Awesome concert, loved most of the songs. Julia did Ring Them Bells, which I've been waiting to see her do live for a couple of years. Worth the wait, it was fantastic! And she did Diva's Lament from Spamalot and Back to ( Read more... )

Yesterday I partcipated in a vigil for the bazillion dead gay kids that have been turning up over the last weeks. It was unusual for Toronto, in that people actually came. Hundreds of them.
