A few days ago Alin and I went to OUR to get our Php. 6,000 worth of refund from our cancelled classes. We were heartbroken to know that we could not get it back! Before we cancelled, we asked the RVC in Econ if it was possible to get a refund and they told us straight on YES. i'm a fan of bikoy too! i heyt it i don't see him in UP!

anyhow, i think the problem with STFAP is that it doesn't take into consideration the no. of kids they have.

I've also read something about this in the kule. A student applied for a bracket C because he couldn't afford the bracket D tuition fee. Some people even went inside their house, took photographs and did interviews. His mother even said that the appliances were merely hand-me-downs from their uncle.

They were denied though. Everything seems like a show. It just boils down that if your declared income is like this (without any consideration to external factors), then you're under this bracket.

And... my gawd, they didn't even get a BIR copy of our tax income! I remember back in 1st year that they just distributed copies of affidavit that says we are from Bracket B. My mother was happy to sign. :P
