well today was a decent day. i was significantly a little more cheery today than last night. things are still really depressing me and ive had a hard time keeping the tears down, but they only came up a few times today. so i went to work and worked, today was def a 2 cups of coffee day. saw polaris climb into the hay feeder which was interesting,
