fannish5, you are epic. This is perfect for my fandom. Five Olympics sports you would like to see characters from your fandom(s) participate in.
1. Snowboarding halfpipe. Specifically, Northstar at the snowboarding halfpipe. I would read the hell out of a 'Northstar crashes the 2010 Olympics' issue. C'mon, it'd be perfect! He's an Olympic-level skier and snowboarder, he's (French-)Canadian and proud of it - can you imagine that he didn't gatecrash?
2. Figure skating. Buffy Summers. Think 'What's My Line' times a thousand. Yes.
3. Ski jumping. Bobby Drake. He'd so cheat, but it'd be hilarious. And then JP could fly over and smack him around for disrespecting the integrity of the Games or something, even though he was totally cheating too by flying.
4. Curling. Shatterstar. IDEK, it would be epic.
5. Skeleton. Cass Cain (DCU) would be great at that, given the amount of control over ones body and ability to interpret how one's movements affect the movements of the sled that must take. Girl would be crazy awesome at it.
