life is so weird. as soon as we find ourselves grocery shopping at steve's mom's house andwondering how we're going to afford christmas, some obscure relative sends us a late wedding present--a check for $100

christmas present shopping is stressful. I'm not good at it so I end up buying a bunch of gift certificates.
