Translation of what's going on: The "twins" person tries to convince "Person X" that enters that they can see themselves and everyone in the mirror, even though they are not there because the mirror is fake. Except for the last guy in which she says he might be a vampire.
So to put it in another way, the other person is having problems seeing their own reflection, and the "twins" can see both hers and "Person X" and that's what they are trying to make them believe.
