today i burned my shoulders. actually, kind of a mixture of today and yesterday. i washed my car and went swimming. yes, lauren...i WASHED my CAR. some ancient eastern religion believes our desires and attachments to the world are what makes us unhappy and these are the two things they suggest to be happier
