ha, you should go down to paris over the summer (in julyish) if you can. you can meet the boyfriend. i think you'll approve. plus, i'm legal overseas, and i WILL be drunk 18/24 hours each day.

Hugs for your gramps. With him being part of your family, I think I can sort of imagine what sort of a sense of humour he had, and he was probably a really awesome person to be around. It's nice to hear that you get on with your grandma and have nice talks with her. I miss mine. :)

he was a total legend. I don't really even understand how much, because I only knew him the last twenty odd years of his life.

Grandma's awesome - she was round today and we're going to see her again tomorrow. It's so good to have old, wise people around.

I'm dying of boredom. I need to get away. But ahaha, that's not likely to happen any time soon. The only thing I have to look forward to right now is summer and a change of pace. Ah well, maybe it'll be an interesting break. *g*

True story, but I'm mostly coming for the steak.

To be honest, I'm waiting until I turn 21 until I return to your neck of the woods. My vague plan-type thing is to live in California for a while after I finish uni, which is not for a good few years yet. Don't worry, we're going to rock the fuck out of Vegas sometime down the line :D
