So, I'm working on cutting up lettuce for salad this morning. I look up and notice a small moth sitting on the stainless steel shelf over my sink. This is pretty common, strangely enough. Not seeing a moth on the shelf, but seeing various small insects running around my work area (like it or not, it's inevitable in any restaraunt that uses fresh

Yeah, I went ahead and brought him in. I'll just have to pay attention to him and try to get him back outside quickly if he starts flying again.

I looked it up and just learned moths can't eat. They lack mandibles. They have to have nectar and such to survive... something I don't have anywhere around. Looks like he'll be going back to work with me if he hasn't improved by the morning. :) There are flowers in planters around the strip mall I work in. I can get something there. I hope he hangs in there. He seems to be a little stronger since I brought him in, so I have a little more hope. It would be awesome if he recovered!
