Sears stove recall

So I get this letter from Sears saying:

My electric smooth top stove has a controller board problem that can:

1. Turn on burners by itself
2. Set Burners to settings different than what you select
3. Fail to turn off burners when you switch them off

I'd suggest you invest in one of these bad boys along with an electric frying pan. Of course I am not sure at that point which situation has a greater risk of burning down the house...
